From the M5
Leave the motorway at the end (junction 31). Turn left onto the A30 towards Okehampton. Turn left onto the A377 to Exeter/Crediton, then take a left again, signposted to Moretonhampstead. Drive on for 20 minutes or so and you will pass Steps Bridge tearoom.
Just over a mile from there, you'll see a sign for Westcott. Turn left up the leafy lane, then at the T-junction turn right. Higher Westcott is the house with the thatched roof at the top of the lane.
From Exeter
Take the B3212 from Exeter towards Moretonhampstead. Drive past Steps Bridge tearoom and continue for just over a mile. At the signpost for Westcott, turn left, drive up the leafy lane and right at the T-junction. Higher Westcott is the house with the thatched roof at the top of the lane.
From Moretonhampstead
Take the B3212 from Moretonhampstead towards Exeter. Drive through Doccombe and continue for another mile. At the signpost for Westcott, turn right. Continue up the leafy lane to a T-junction and turn right. Higher Westcott is the house with the thatched roof at the top of the lane.

Exeter and Plymouth airports are 30 minutes away, Bristol just over an hour.
By Train
Exeter St Davids is 20 minutes away, and just two hours from London Paddington.
