The tariff includes room, en-suite, towels, robes, hairdryer, body washes and shampoos, a full English breakfast, fresh coffee and a selection of teas.

House from £360.00 per night.
We have 3 rooms, all en suite from £110 per room per night including breakfast.

Afternoon Tea - £5 per person.
3 Course Dinner - £30.00 per person (includes a glass of bubbles, canapès).
2 Course Evening Supper - £18.00 per person (main & dessert).

The house sleeps 6 adults, with cots and airbeds for children available.
A £10 supplement will be added for a cot (0-3)
A £20 supplement will be added for the use of an airbed (3+)
All room prices are based on two adults sharing a room.

Cancellation policy.

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable unless the room nights are rebooked. However, it is transferable to an alternative date of your convenience.
